It’s official. Emma and Connor’s movie on sustainable living in New Zealand has been FUNDED! Our Green Roadie met their goal over the weekend, and Emma’s already been in touch with some feedback about her crowdfunding experience:
What did you like about pledgeme?
The relative ease of creating the campaign and rewards on the given templates and the helpfulness and encouragement of staff throughout the campaign. I really felt supported.

Thrilling and humbling and a little scary and totally worth doing!
Any tips for newbies?
A big, supportive network is VITAL. Use social media and local media to the max. Work hard at encouraging involvement and keep your campaign at the forefront of people’s minds.
