Simeon has a passion – it’s not one I completely understand (because I lack all mechanical/technological knowledge) but it’s definitely one I can appreciate. He loves suspension, more specifically, Self-Regulating Fully Pneumatic Suspension Systems, and he made one all by himself! In fact, he wants to revolutionize vehicle suspension.
Why? In short, he wants to save the world. Turns out, roughly half the worlds roads are unpaved, and that equals a very bumpy ride on many peoples’ ‘normal’ road! Simeon wants to provide a solution to make off-roading (and these other ‘normal’ roads) more palatable. He has a working prototype and is completing the patenting process in New Zealand. But what he really wants, as said earlier, is to save the world — and in order to do that, he needs to patent the world. That’s really expensive, especially when your business is just starting, so that’s where we come in.
Simeon wants to raise $29,700 to patent in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Australia, and U.S.A. In return for pledges, he has some pretty nifty rewards which range from a ‘Thank You’ card, Levitation T-shirt, DVD footage, an off road test drive day in Heidi with Levitation, to the plans to make your very own LEVITATION system.
