The Airmail team needed some money to fund the post production of their Fresh Shorts winning film. They managed to raise over $4,500 dollars, and here’s what Prue had to say about the experience:
What did you like about pledgeme?
It is easy to use and the team got back to me very quickly when I had questions. I also like the simple design of the project page.
How did you find the experience?
I actually found it quite hard asking my friends and family for money – I felt like I was harassing them. But I am very grateful that so many people supported me finishing my short film, and that PledgeMe provides this platform for crowdfunding.
Any tips for newbies?
Be realistic about your target and time frame.
