Glen Prentice is heading over to the States after raising $3000 on PledgeMe to put towards his trip. This is something I really want to do myself, it looks like it would be an amazing adventure! Glen has recently graduated with a fashion degree and wants to take his work to New York to get some more experience in the fashion industry and overseas. Here is what he had to say about PledgeMe:
What did you like about PledgeMe?
I loved the simplicity of starting a project with PledgeMe. It was easy and no stress for me to work the website.
How did you find the experience?
Amazing, even when I was nervous about making it just knowing I had the support building up towards the total was really heartwarming.
Any tips for newbies?
Try and get your project out as much as possible! Anywhere and everywhere! It’s hard but you really need to keep on top of updating people, reminding people and just generally pushing it like crazy.
