First equity campaigns closing

Our first two equity crowdfunding campaigns are soon drawing to a close.

H2Explore has one day to go and is still short of their ambitious target. They have a compelling business case with a 10 year exclusive consent to run hovercraft operations on the Tasman River and Lake Pukaki as both a tourism activity and a transport option for those using the Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail. They’ve got agreements with the local cycle tourism providers it’s worth checking out their pitch and numbers.

Techvana is in a similar boat (hovercraft?) with two weeks left in their campaign still looking for tech-heads to own part of a tech museum in Auckland. The project has the backing of Apple’s Steve Wozniak and has already made progress securing space and  setting up a temporary exhibit. The shares are competitively priced and will help support the curation of New Zealand’s IT history.

There’s still time invest and get them over the line.

H2Explore and Techvana set ambitious goals for their first rounds of equity crowdfunding we applaud their passion. We’ll be working with both companies to see what their next steps are with their crowds.
